We only ship to UK MAINLAND addresses.All items purchased from Daiboyz Trading - apart from Swarovski & Royal Doulton will be despatched by us
as soon as payment confirmation from Paypal has been received. We despatch all our items using Royal Mail
First Class Recorded Delivery and they usually arrive at their destination withina few days

RETURNS
Return Policy Details: DAMAGED GOODS
Item must be returned within: 7 Days of receipt
Whilst we take every care to ensure that all items leave us in good condition, we cannot be held responsible for damage to goods in transit, however should an item arrive damaged then please follow the following procedure:
Let us know immediately by telephone (Telephone Number will be included in delivery note)
Return the item to us using Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery to the address on the delivery note (Please retain and return the outer packaging of the damaged item as well)
On receipt of your damaged piece we will send you your replacement (subject to availability) free of charge and refund the postage cost incurred by you for returning the item to us via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

If you have placed an order with us we will have your email address, home address and telephone number.
This information is only used to enable us to deliver your purchased items and to contact you. We will
